Difference between Online Low-e and Out off Line Low-e

Online Low-E glass is "hard coated" with a shelf life of 30 years. Offline Low-E glass is a "soft coating" with poor film firmness and can hardly be stored naked.
Offline Low-E glass must be processed into insulating glass in a short time, and the edge plating must be removed when forming insulating glass. Due to the weak breathing effect of insulating glass, water vapor, sulfide, and oxide entering the cavity will gradually lose the thermal insulation performance of offline Low-E glass, resulting in blackening, discoloration, and a large number of mold spots gradually appearing. However, online Low-E glass has good thermal insulation without color differences.
